Matt Hardy suffered an injury to his eye that required stitches after a match against his brother, Jeff Hardy, on WWE's current European tour.

On Thursday night's show in Cologne, Germany, Matt defeated Jeff in a street fight match. After the match, the assigned referee gave the "X" signal for medical assistance. Matt reportedly had a "big cut" over his eye.

Jim Ross reported on "Matt Hardy had to have some stitches thanks to his brother Jeff at the Cologne event."

The Smackdown/Raw brand event drew approximately 10,000 fans and $800,000 in ticket revenue.
